Addons installed from the Kodi addon repository are official addons. Add-ons that are downloaded from third-party vendors are called third-party add-ons.
Shadow is a third-party addon for Kodi. This add-on requires you to change a setting in Kodi before installing it.
Perform the following steps:
1. Go to the Kodi home screen. Go to the top right corner. Click on the cog icon to open the Kodi settings.
2. Now select and open the System tile
3. Go to the left side and select Add-ons from the menu bar.
4. In the right pane, check the status of the Unknown Sources option.
If it’s off, click the switch and turn it on.
5. When prompted, press Yes to confirm your action.

1. Go back to the settings window
